Hyundai Aebulle - Personal Urban Vehicle By Shane Baxley

ane Baxley, a design student from the Art Center College of Design, Pasadena, CA has come up with a futuristic three-wheeler vehicle design having electric powertrain and a magnesium frame. Hailed as Hyundai Aebulle (aebulle in Korean means Cocoon), the concept is inspired by the European Peacock Butterfly cocoon and was designed by Shane as a personal vehicle offering the speed of a motorcycle and safety that cocoon gives to butterfly.

Aebulle is targeted for the Los Angeles region where it’d utilize the commuter lanes thus providing the occupants quick commute. The Aebulle concept has its front wheels on a separate independent swing arms that help vehicle lean when cornering, in a fashion similar to Dodge Tomahawk. The magnesium frames drape around the driver and aluminum oxynitride glass that acts as the frontal cockpit area.
